I am currently looking to recruit an experienced, main contracting Project Manager for a large contractor based in the west of Scotland. My client are currently turning over around £45 million and have a turnover of £52 million planned for the next year.

This contractor has projects across Scotland and cover a variety of new build projects across various sectors including:

• Education
• Commercial
• Leisure
• Healthcare
• Retail

I am looking to speak to experienced Project Managers who have experience running site teams and new build projects valuing £4M upwards. The project managers role will include but won’t be limited to:

• Liaison with clients/internal teams
• Liaise with commercial team regarding costs and allocations
• Resolve and report any health & safety issues onsite
• Understand and communicate commercial aims of the project and business plan objectives
• Identify key project commercial indicators and monitor / measure delivery
• Resource planning and team leadership
• Ensure projects are running on schedule
• Quality Control
